Natalie joined Erimus in 2020 as a Claims Negotiator. She brings a wealth of experience to the team in all aspects of General Insurance claims handling. Natalie has specialist expertise in Customer Service and is driven to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
Natalie’s insurance career began in 1994 as a Broker, she achieved her Cert CII qualification during this time. In 2002 Natalie moved in to Claims and achieved her Cert CII Level 4 Claims qualification. In 2016 Natalie was promoted to Area Claims Customer Service Manager for a large multi-national broker. In this role she trained and educated claims staff on the importance of high levels of customer service and technical claims handling.
When Natalie isn’t at work you will find her out and about with her gorgeous pug, Doug. Together they take part in fundraising events for animal welfare charities, Doug has even appeared on TV (alongside Natalie)! Natalie also has a fascination with industrial archaeology which includes the exploration of old mills and mines.
